Our guarantee

Every condition, in plain English.

Two promises. The first applies to every client. The second follows the one result you choose. Nothing here is hidden anywhere else.

1. Live in 30 days

Once onboarding is complete, everything in your plan goes live within 30 days. If it doesn’t, your next monthly fee is waived.

When the 30 days start

Onboarding is complete when all four of these are done:

  • Your onboarding form is submitted
  • Your photos and customer list are uploaded
  • Every access we asked for is approved: Google profile, Meta, domain and phone forwarding
  • Your 30-minute kickoff call has happened

You have 14 days from payment to finish onboarding. The 30 days start the day after it’s complete.

What “live” means

Every service in your written plan is running, and anything that needs approval from Google, Meta or the phone carriers has been submitted.

What moves the date

  • The deadline moves back one business day for each business day we wait on you, such as drafts not approved or questions not answered within 2 business days.
  • Time spent waiting on outside approvals doesn’t count: Google verification, phone carrier approval for texting, Meta review and domain transfers.

What it doesn’t cover

The setup fee, ad money paid to Meta or Google, and third-party costs.

When it no longer applies

  • Onboarding isn’t complete within 30 days of payment. We still finish the work.
  • You ask for changes in scope. We agree on a new date in writing.
  • A payment is late.
  • You ask us to do something that breaks a law or a platform’s rules.

It applies once per account.

2. The result you choose

At the end of onboarding you pick one main goal. We guarantee the part of that goal we control, and show you the rest in your dashboard.

Your goalWhat we guarantee
“I’m missing calls and messages”Every call, form and message gets a reply within 5 minutes, day or night.
“I need to win more of my estimates”Every open estimate is followed up on schedule until it’s a yes or a no. Your close rate is shown weekly.
“I need a better reputation”Every finished job gets a review request within 24 hours.
“I need more work”An agreed number of qualified booked estimates from our tracked channels within 90 days of going live. Only offered with ads or lead services in your plan.

How the booked-estimate target is set

Our system suggests a number from your trade, service area, ad budget and your first 14 days of tracked leads. A person on our team checks it. You agree to it and sign it at your kickoff call.

What counts as a qualified booked estimate

A person in your service area, asking for a service you offer, who can be reached and is booked on your calendar. It must come through our tracking, forms, campaigns or ads, and can’t be a duplicate or spam. You can dispute a lead within 7 days. The count is always visible in your dashboard.

What we need from you

  • Keep the agreed minimum ad budget
  • Answer or return leads within the agreed time
  • Mark each lead booked or not within 2 business days
  • Keep open times on your calendar
  • Send all calls and forms through our tracking
  • Approve your weekly plan within 2 business days
  • Keep your license and insurance current
  • Give us 14 days’ notice before changing prices or service area

If we miss

We waive our monthly fee until we hit the target, for up to 90 more days. The setup fee and ad money aren’t refunded. For the other three goals, any month we miss the promise, that month’s fee is waived.

What we never guarantee

Signed jobs, revenue, Google rankings or review counts. Those depend on things only you, your customers or Google control. We will never ask only happy customers for reviews or pay for reviews, because Google’s rules don’t allow it.
