Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. Measure Twice Systems is a brand of Do Less Get More LLC (“we,” “us”).
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a scan or contact us: your name, your role at the business, business name, website, trade, revenue range, email, phone number, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- When you buy. The services you choose and whether your payment went through. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page; we never see or store your card number.
- How you use our website. The pages you visit, the buttons you click, how far you scroll, the form steps you complete, the website or ad that sent you (including ad click IDs and campaign tags), your browser type, and a random visitor ID stored in your browser. We use this to see which pages help and where people get stuck.
- Public business information. To build your scan we look at public information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, website and listings.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your scan and answer your questions
- To contact you about your scan and our services
- To send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them
- To measure and improve our website and advertising
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), our customer records system (HighLevel), payments (Stripe), and analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Meta). These providers may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text messaging opt-in and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and similar tools
We store a random visitor ID in your browser to measure how our website is used. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel also use cookies to measure visits and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising measurement
To see which ads bring customers, our server tells Google Analytics and Meta when someone requests a scan, starts checkout, asks for a call or pays. Google receives a random browser ID and visit ID, not your name or contact details. Meta receives your email, phone number, name and a scrambled version of our internal lead number, each in hashed (scrambled) form, along with your IP address, browser type and Meta’s own browser and ad-click IDs. Hashing keeps the plain values out of the message, but Meta uses them to match the event to people who have Meta accounts, so it can recognize you if you have one.
Your options: change how Meta uses this in your Meta ad preferences, opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info, see how Google uses data from sites that use its services, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also email us to opt out of our advertising measurement.
How long we keep it
We keep scan requests and contact details for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Website usage records are kept for up to 2 years.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to ask us not to use it for advertising measurement.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights. We will honor them.
Children
Our website is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
